Donna over at An Enchanted Cottage, suggested that I post a Challenge to everyone to join me on my goal of losing 10 lbs by the first of the year!
So, here it is.
It's the Holiday Season now and we are all going to faced with parties, eating out, cookies, pies and well... FOOD, FOOD, FOOD!
Most people end up gaining weight at this time of the year. It's my goal to not only NOT gain but to lose 10 lbs by New Years.
We have 8 weeks left in this year so 10 lbs is a very do able amount. That's only a little over a pound a week.
Are you up for it? Do you want to join me? If so, let me know. Then when the end of the 8 weeks is here we can all check in and I'll post about how we all did.
Doing things with others makes it easier. Support is the most important thing in losing weight. So let's support each other. We can do this.
Think how happy and proud you will be when you see 10 lbs gone after the Holidays and everyone around you is talking about how they gained and need to get on a diet. You will already be there.
