ROBIN EGG BLUE

Since I started to plan, the bird/nest theme baby shower, I have fallen in love with Robin eggs. The blues are so pretty.

We don't have these kinds of birds near me so I wouldn't ever get to find one of these nests with the beautiful blue eggs. But, oh how I would love to.

I know there are several of you who are lucky enough to find these Robin nests in your own gardens. You are surely blessed!

There is something so calming about these. Something that makes you want to just watch them and be quiet. Maybe if you are there at the perfect time you can see a baby trying to peck his/her way out into the world.

Yes, I've fallen in love with the lovely blue eggs laying in the nest just waiting for the perfect time to turn into little baby birds.

I'm searching for cute and unique ideas to decorate at the shower or table settings. I know a lot of you have great etsy shops. So if you, or someone you know, has anything you think may be good for this bird/nest baby shower theme, please let me know.

I would love to use some of your lovely work and support our family of bloggers. Also, I will be sure to let all the women know who made these great items and the name of your shop.

I'm thinking of things like a banner, cones, stars or something to decorate the chairs with, center pieces, serving pieces and items to decorate the food table.

The colors will be the blue of the robin eggs, brown and creams.

Thanks for your help!

What about a garland/banner that says What a Tweet Boy with a robin on it? Or Welcome Tweet Boy? Something like that.
Visit Polka Dots and Pirates (something like that) she'll customize you up a great party.

What a lovely blue! Such pretty photos, too. I saw a robin's egg once when I was a little girl. I remember being entranced with it's beauty! :)

How I would love to help. I don't know of any etsy shops that sell things like that but I'll bet someone does.
Elizabeth mentioned she knew someone. Truthfully, my mind won't settle on too much outside what is happening here. :)
I LOVE baby showers. Is the baby's name going to be Robin..ahhh..wouldn't that be just too cute. Robins are beautiful birds. Boy or girl..wouldn't matter. :)
