Look what the mailman brought me today!

I get thrilled when the mailman drops off a package. I wasn't sure what this one was. So I tore into it and as I opened the box this lovely smell poured out! Then I saw it was the wonderful give away from Kay at Rustic Cottage!

I just love this pillow made out of vintage bark cloth one one side and the other is white chenille and is trimmed in the fringe of the chenille bedspread. This is just so pretty.

Then there is lavender linen spray and rose soap that Kay made herself. Both smell so great!

You must stop by The Rustic Cottage and read her blog. She also has a weekly soap give away. So run over and sign up.

Thank you so much Kay. I love everything!

Packages in the mail, oh man, that is almost as wonderful as birthday or Christmas presents!!!! Don't ya just know that the person sending you the package just loves you to go to the post office and mail this to you?
I love the pillow, and lavender has become one of my most special fragrances lately........lucky lady.

Wow...that pillow is gorgeous! Packages just make my day, unfortunately I don't have any coming at the moment. Oh well, I'll have to remedy that.

Thank you for stopping by my blog and helping me choose a fabric for the stool.

Hi Joanne, Yes, Irvine but in the 70's is when I lived there. I worked at Plessey Memories which is a British Computer Company...back in the 70's who knew!! I lived off of Red Hill...near Tustin. It is a small world!
Nice gift!! You are one lucky gal!!
