LET'S GO CHRISTMAS SHOPPING AT DEBRA'S COTTAGE!

This weekend I went to one of my favorite shops, Debra's Cottage. I've written about going there before. But things change there so often I thought I would write about it again.

This weekend they had an Open House. When you went in you got some free raffle tickets. With them you would walk around to the different booths in the shop and find a balloon.

The balloon was tied to a gift you could win. You just put one, or as many as you wanted, of your raffle tickets in the bag tied to the balloon. Make a wish that you win and then move on.

Most of the shop was all decked out for Christmas. This was a cute sugar plum tree area.

Not only could you find darling gift ideas and decorations for your home but they had samples of some of the great food items they also sell.

Items like, dips, salsa, cake mixes, soups and jams. I tried several of them and couldn't find one I didn't love.

Debra's Cottage is also featured in this months issue of Romantic Homes.

It's always such a pretty place to just walk around in. Buying something is really the icing on the cake.

Just walk in and take in all the pretty and sweet items they have displayed so cute.
I think this little tree is so darling. It's perfect to go in a bedroom or kitchen. The great thing is it's already decorated so you can save time there. Who couldn't use more time durning the holidays?

I collect snowmen and this one I fell in love with. He is pretty big and I just love that silly grin on his face.

I also loved this little tea set. It would be great for my Christmas Tea Party.

I adore this little bear dressed up in a vintage outfit and standing next to an old fashion lamp post.

In fact they had a whole bear family to choose from. So cute.

I won't find out until later in the week if I won anything but I'll be sure to let you know if I did.

Oh I just love Christmas! It's such a happy time of the year.

Hi Joanne,
Ooooohhhhhh! I love the new look! It's the perfect shade of PINK! Somehow I didn't think you were a pink girl... more vintage green, but I have to say, "pink looks great on you!"
Have a fun day.

Hi Joanne,
I'm so LOVING your new blog and banner:) I so behind in visiting my freinds and I'm glad that you still visit me. There aren't any Big Lots here... and Debra's Cottage looks like my kind of shop.
Glad you are happy with your new blog and that you won:)
Warmly,

I collect snowmen, too! I loved that leggy guy; did you buy him? What a great shop, I wish there was something around here like that.

What a great shop tour! Lots of cute vignettes! Open houses are so fun. I went Saturday to a certain street which had several ...I got stuck in a veteran's day parade and had to sit in my car 1 hour and 15 minutes before I could get to the shops! :(

Your new blog design looks so pretty! It really suits you, and I know you feel at home here. I love this shop you visited, too! I wonder if I would have time to visit and still be home in time to pick up my girls from preschool?
