I'm down 4.6 lbs that is. Today was my first weigh in since heading back to Weight Watchers.It was very easy to stay on plan this week. My head is finally in the right spot and I'm excited to watch the scale go down each week.

Congratulations! Glad to see you are back on track....it's not easy. I'm down 40 lbs since last year, and you were my inspiration. I'd check your blog and watch you...little by little go down. I thought well, just stay on track and eventually it will come off. It did, but these last two weeks have been tough, I think I must be at a plateau or something...my head is just not into it. Anyway, your weight loss this week only shows that..."It works"....Thanks for the inspiration and keep it up. Mumzie
