Right after Thanksgiving cards would start coming in the mail.
Now, it seems like most people I stopped sending Christmas cards. I'm not sure why.
It could be because many feel the need to save the money on the cards and postage. So, they just send an email with a card attached.
I don't like getting email Christmas cards.
Or, perhaps people just don't have the time they used to.
Maybe they feel Christmas has become to commercial.

Oh what a sweet blessing you are.
I love to send cards and recieve cards but alas I mostly send .
The few cards that arrive now are from less than a handful of Aunts and Uncles .
For which I am truly thankful !

A card is like a book a gift you can open again and again as needed.

I said NO, I don't like the virtual cards..but I understand them.
Oh..and I don't like that new book thing. Can't think of the name of it. I want a really book with a cover that sort of cracks the first time you open it...you know?
