BON VOYAGE!

I'm off to see the glaciers in Alaska! I'll be home on the 12th.

The house is going to be full of life with all the banging and sawing going on while I'll be gone. I won't miss that at all. But, I will miss my family and my dogs...and of course you!

I'll be taking tons of photos to show you when I get back.

  11. I have been so busy getting my house ready for guests and visiting with them, I haven't been blogging lately. I'm caught up on yours and your bathroom is coming along nicely! I love all of the attention to detail. Great job! Have a wonderful time in Alaska!

  12. I've been invited to go on this very trip in September!!! I hope you'll post lots of pictures and tell all about it.

I imagine the sights will be quite different then, with all the temperaturee fluctuations in between.

I'd love to see the great ice walls "calve" but I'd hate to be too close and rock the boat!

  14. Sounds like construction going on at your place. I've been in the throes of that for well over a year. Best to be gone. I should have taken my own advice!
